Expand. Evolve. Connect.
Kundalini Core Yoga is a community for personal transformation through the exploration of consciousness.
Two master teachers and old friends — Sukhmandir Singh Khalsa and Kirantana Khalsa — are teaming up to offer their powerful teachings to students worldwide. The site will be a portal for people to connect and share their explorations of consciousness.
Our purpose is to help people improve their lives by connecting with their own inner wisdom. Nothing will be taken on faith; we will be experimenting and seeing what works.
Kundalini is a name for the ancient energy which drives evolution forward. Being attuned with our inner life-force can bring about enormous change in every part of life. We will be using techniques which work on all levels — physical, subconscious, conscious, and superconscious — to manifest the highest expression of ourselves and make the connection to an infinite source of joy and vitality within.
Kundalini Core is offering high-quality, full-length yoga classes.
Our teachers are masters of the craft and their classes are known to leave students feeling ready to bring grace into their days and deep stillness into their meditations.
We've also set up a discussion forum so that members can discuss the finer points of their practice with their teachers and fellow yogis.
Kundalini Core offers subscription access to video classes and community discussion forums with our expert teachers.
We're also offering scholarships so that everyone can be part of this community.
We are exploring more personalized options for students wishing to do guided practice intensives.
If you're interested in this sort of one-on-one guidance, please contact us to be part of our first class this spring.
“Kir” is an accomplished musician, author, peacekeeper, healer, and Naturopathic Medical Doctor. He was the only student publicly recognized by Yogi Harbhajan Singh—the founder of Kundalini Yoga—as a master of Kundalini-Laya Yoga before his passing in 2004.
His yoga teachings have helped everyone from hardcore addicts, prisoners, war survivors with PTSD, to Hollywood movie stars.
After his service in Bosnia and Serbia as a private contractor and peacekeeper, he joined the Dalai Lama’s order of Kalachakra monks to embody and work for world peace.
He is the author of the book "The Man Who Saw the Face of God", which you can learn more about by clicking here.
Sukhmandir Singh Khalsa
“Sukh” is a world-renowned teacher of Kundalini Yoga known for his kind heart, powerful teachings, and oddball sense of humor. He sees yoga as a transformative practice for spiritual life and everyday living.
At the 2015 International Yoga Festival in Rishikesh, India, Sukhmandir taught classes on "Exploring the Frontiers of Consciousness" and "Mudra, Asana & Pranayama."
For seven years, he hosted the popular "Kundalini Live" program, which streamed online and was broadcast around the world.
He shared his teachings at Burning Man 2015.
Sukhmandir and Kirantana have connected with thousands of students across the world. Kundalini Core seeks to bring that community together and make the transformative power of yoga available to everyone.
Because Kundalini techniques generate an enormous amount of energy, they feel it’s critically important to be available to students as they experience transformation.
So in addition to offering online classes, the site provides forums and Q&A for students to share their experiences of consciousness and connect directly with our expert teachers.
Kundalini Yoga, the yoga of awareness, explores the interactions between the conscious mind, subconscious, and superconscious to help practitioners make the connection to an infinite source of joy and vitality within.
Along the way, the intensity of the practices reveals patterns deep in the body and the psyche, giving students the freedom to change their lives for the better.
To connect with Kundalini is to connect with the primordial energy which animates life itself. Kundalini Yoga comes from a lineage of warriors, who were not content to simply transcend this world and leave it behind.
Instead, they focused that energy outward to create a more peaceful, prosperous reality. By understanding our own patterns, we come to understand the patterns tearing our world apart.
